Ranbir Kapoor has introduced mom Neetu to a health center in Khar, now both train there

Zareen Watson’s personal training studio in Khar is a favourite with B-town’s celebrities. The newest entrants in her gym are mother-son jodi Neetu and Ranbir Kapoor. Recently, a source revealed that the two were spotted outside her fitness center.

Neetu wants fitness
Zareen, who uses designs that build a strong foundation to improve the core strength of her members confirms that Neetu works out at Watson Fitness. “Yes she’s working out at Watson. She’s lost a considerable amount of weight and wants to focus on her fitness quotient.”

The gym also boasts of clients like Hrithik Roshan who started training there after his knee injury. She reveals that Neetu, who is known to be a fitness freak, doesn’t have a specific target or area she wants to work on, “She’s joined us to remain fit.”

Ranbir experiments
A source adds that Ranbir, who was quite impressed with the gym, introduced his mom to the place. “He really enjoys working out at Watson and told Neetu about it. Now they both train there. However, due to Ranbir’s shooting schedules they don’t work out together but at separate times.

Ranbir sported a lean toned body in Saawariya, but now he wants to focus on core training and experiment with his looks.”
Meanwhile mommy Neetu wants to focus on increasing her stamina and endurance.

“The workout at Watson is specifically designed to build up your inner strength. Each workout is designed keeping in mind the clients’ need. With Neetu since she’s already lost weight, the focus is on improving her core strength.”
